Hi bro. I'm having a serious purple tint camero problem, after knowing that it may take YEARS to get my phone fixed, I'm wondering whether I can just file the tribunal as I never send my phone in before. Or I must send to repair first before I can file tribunal.

FYI, I bought my htc one from maxis with a contract of 2years so the price is cheaper. If, I'm able to get refund, how can it be done cause if they pay me the amount I pay for the htc one,(with maxis contract,rm1400 if not wrong) it's not fair, cause I can't use tat amount of money to buy a high end phone.

Need some advice. After all, I think this would be a great experience

Yeah tats the problem. Htc one is my only phone, if I send it to them, I got no phone to use.

So for the tribunal. What is it actually. Consumer something like that? Different state different contact no.? Just to make sure. Will google abt it later.

Hi, I would like to file a Tribunal before sending my HO to BTS after cny. However, I have lost my receipt for the purchase of my HO on May 2013 from maxis.

2 questions:

1) any solutions for my case assume that I can't find my receipt. Can still file Tribunal? Request from maxis? Is it possible? Or any other suggestions?

If there is a solution for question 1:
2) since I bought HO from maxis with the surfmore75, I was able to get the phone for around rm1500. So if file Tribunal, what amount should I put, the retail price or the price I actually paid? But it is quite unfair if I claim rm1500 because I am still stuck with the maxis surfmore75 plan and rm1500 can't buy me a similar high end phone right?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
