Is the service centre at BTS open during weekend. I know the Kelana Jaya centre is only operating on weekdays, I had such a nightmare during when I claimed on the Gap issue, took me 50days to get a satisfactory replacement. I am really scare of going in again.

I had the worst experience ever when it comes to Kelana Jaya service centre, slow response for a 1 to 1 exchange due to gap issue back then, took me 50 days to get satisfactory unit.

I was just wondering whether anyone experience better outcome at the Berjaya Time Square branch? I am thinking of sending my phone in again, this time for the purple tinted camera issue but the previous experience made me very reluctant eventhough it's my entitlement.

I checked my replaced camera module, it is now called
OV OV4688 4M without a date...

Now longer something like this

I wonder did they change supplier or worse they swap a One Max module without OIS?! (Paranoid thinking)

Sorry for the late reply, to answer your question in short. I get GREEN tint instead. It looks like a bad WB algorithm. Maybe since this a different model sensor, what ever software compensation (4.3 Update) they made to combat the purple/pink tint caused normal sensor to over compensate. I don't know but I can't be bothered to resend it to the customer service again.

Besides, everytime i let the camera "meter" my hand/skin first seemed to correct the AWB algorithm again when point elsewhere.

If you turn on GPS, allowed all the wifi and mobile network connection, still unable to get your position outdoor. Only explanation is hardware issue. As far as I know HTC One has no known software issue with GPS. You gotta send it in to HTC again.

Unfortunately, Green tint wasn't fixed in this software update
