It is business law. Very simple. U deal with who then u claim from whom.

Let say another way, who take yr money who responsible for it.

U buy from seller, mean seller take yr money. So he responsible for goods and service deliver

Seller do business with htc, so they not satisfy just claim from htc, as htc take their money.

For those who have sent to Senq for the camera replacement, what's the fastest turnaround time? I'm planning to send in again to get rid of the pink spot.

Previously sent to BTS and it took 3 days only, but after seeing comments that the Senq warranty might get affected if they charge the motherboard etc resulting in change in IMEI, I'm not going to be taking any chances. Lol.

Got a HTC One Black 32GB with purple & sometimes reddish issues. This afternoon the courier has come to collect my HO... After he saw my phone, he said he has collected many HO in Penang. There is one HO user has been 3 times send his device to service centre until he was fed up and finally decided to chance to another phone...

The courier then said it will take about 1 week but not more than 1 month.

Come and collect? How? If I send it to Time Square ok or not?

finally i send my phone to BTS today...hope can get it quickly...i cant live without email n whatsapp... i tried to request backup phone from them..but its already finish....now...using Nokia torchlight phone...

you mean they can provide backup phone? what phone?

yes they can provide...according to them HTC one also...but with limited stock...only have 20...10 for BTS service centre...10 for call centre...

Why don't you buy at Directd via postage? They sell at RM1699 last time I check. Their shop got a reputation.

I have deal with directd more than 10 times over the past 4 years. About half of them is through poslaju and after payment is made I always received the item the very next day.

I have been to their shop and each time it is full of customers ( probably is weekend ). However if you are looking for friendly service - just forget it. In fact I find many times the staffs are ill knowledge of what they are selling. So far I find only 2 of them I find are experienced and knowledgeable.

There are too many bad comments about them about poor service. Their business is so good, you need to wait and most of the time those staffs are not very helpful if you asked too many questions and I do observe some unhappiness from some of their customers. Anyway this is a good place to buy stuffs with decent pricing and I only recommend them if you know what you are buying especially with same gadgets with varying type of specs.

To date I have only send in a warranty claim for a Samsung Note ( AP set) and I got the unit back within 10 days. Sent in personally and he sent it back to me through poslaju. 80% of my stuffs I bought from them are AP sets and I do highly recommend them unless you are the type who wants good , smiling friendly service - than just forget about them

i saw ipmart got 1 to 1 replacement, just thinking wanna get it from there or directd.

My fren just got one from maxis. No purple tiny issue on his camera
