Ok. Maybe just touch abit on old topic. The YOGB colour scheme.
Personally I would prefer to be concrete textured fin wall/ random lines with dark colour like in DREAM CITY.
The facade still can play abit more on the 'RANDOM' approach. Could add more shadow gap for lighter/floating effect.
Whenever a project looks lighter and airy, it will looks ELEGANT.

ELEGANT is a way of LIFE!

The new colour scheme is just grey & white. However, they are still using the old scale model which have the YOGB colour on some of the roadshows. It is kind of misleading really

Yeap they stil using the old color scheme on the small scale model, perhaps they focus on changing the color scheme on the big scale model in gallery.
Perhaps the SA need to highlight this to owner during roadshow.
Block Grey White or other similar tone would be fine to make it looks grand/class. Hope Zalam would keep revising to follow the latest trend in future. Added value to the prop, also their reputation.
Just like how trinity did on their Z residence.

Thanks Zalam for the photos.
It seems like progressing well =) good job.

They started construction on Block B & E, followed by Block A and others
Guess Grand entrance & Clubhouse will be the last part.
Glad to see my block B come up first =P

Thank you, Kvsual for updating the progress in here courtesy of CloudTree fb!

Infact, CloudTree admin should update the progress more often in order for public awareness (good for publicity).

Looking at those photos, it look impressive so far (but most importantly the end result/quality of workmanship).

One thing still soring my eyes is the rusty steelbars on permanent structures (althou Zalam has explained which more emphasize on those rusty bars were being used for temporary drain etc). It seems the barbenders' workdone is more efficient (perhaps too fast) leaving formwork & concrete (perhaps too slow) progress not catching-up on time, resulting the steelbars have to be exposed longer period to weather.

Generally, it is still acceptable if competent engineer/cow keeps monitoring and checking the required specs and maintaining the structural strength.

look like developer using wall casting ; for the lobby

anyone know once reach o each individual unit they will use wall casting ; red brick or simen brick.

mine preference still red brick.

I know Exsim - The Leaf using red brick for each unit.

Let's talk talk..

CloudTree is located at high ground (and near permanent forest reserve) which makes itself exclusive and pretty hard to be mimic by other developers unless they got high ground land with good views too.

Unlike other developers who may built fancy concept, building or landscape which able to be copied (with improvement) by any future developer that may slaughter the exclusiveness of particular residency.

Anyone agreed?
