This tikaram and puchongite is always at each other throat. Don't know what is the motivation of tikaram to tikam from thread to thread. Each time i see the banana in the thread ..i'll go 'not again' for many years already. From cyberjaya thread to kajang to twin palms, jade hill..etc.

* didn't you get silenced by mod before?

Can we move on to something that is more contributing to the topic/

I wonder how credible you are within the mod community after all these years...

Shutting down a thread isn't a solution to resolve dupe. If you truly want to weed out the dupes, perhaps provide a few other alternate options that make sense and let the people here to consider/vote..etc.

Yes, that could be one option. However, NATed ip would be seen as one single IP for Lowyat. If a large corporate of several thousand employees would use this forum, it would still be seen as a single IP. People could be posting from PC and phone (3G) at the same time, avoiding this rule of dupe check.

Folks, bank "quota" for mortgage here usually run by monthly. If you are hearing quota filled, i believe it is for that 'month' only (depending which week cycle they would consider as a start). You might want to try again or ask the banker when they'll have a fresh quota available.

So, we've waited for this developer for several months. Delay after delay. Now they've mandated us to sign S&P in 2 weeks while not giving room for ppl which are away or caught in all the bank out of quota fiasco?

Through thick or thin, your buyers stuck with you after all the delay, change in dibs, headache on quotas, no brochure, no showroom, no..etc.

Time for you to spot the difference again. I've already noticed a few differences. Albeit minor, but it shows that things are still changing.

Oh, they've added chairs too below the floating gym. End product probably some plastic coffee shop chair. lol.

And some more trees covering the guest drop off on block B, not sure why they are doing this on purpose...ppl complaining it is too simple?

Actually, SP Setia does that during their S&P signing session. Arranged for food and also shoulder massage. Testimony at the last Setia Eco Glade S&P session.

WoTP block C was having this too and faced many whiplash for selling it much higher.

Development that is more than 5 acre must include "medium/low cost" units. WoTP couldn't categorize it as 'medium/low cost' and made it expensive with all the add-ons.

Demo and rejecting new development is becoming a norm nowadays. Build MRT, LRT, highway, office tower, highrise condo next to any taman and see people protesting. Protest in forum, in newspaper..etc. But still get built at the end of the day. Numb already. Your friend would get better result with his pancing ikan than to protest.
