Hi all taikor, have been reading this because of great interest in CloudTree Residence(horizontal layout).

Has anyone compare this with MAH SING Lakeville which is higher density and Leasehold but proximity to City Centre and also partially furnish.

Would love to get some perspective on looking at things.

Yeah True! Lake Ville, PROS: Lake view, 38 types of facilities Parks and near to KL and eateries along Jln Ipoh n Publika , CONS: High Densities(1800 units) and Leashold

CT, Pros: Low Dense,Grand statement Clubhouse, Horizontal layout(RARE & very effective planning layout), I'm not from this area so really not sure the neighborhood. In any case, the design did catches my eye comparing with other developments.
CONS: Location: 30km frm KL. High land and far from main road(My mom complain cannot walk back from grocerries)

Ok. Maybe just touch abit on old topic. The YOGB colour scheme.
Personally I would prefer to be concrete textured fin wall/ random lines with dark colour like in DREAM CITY.
The facade still can play abit more on the 'RANDOM' approach. Could add more shadow gap for lighter/floating effect.
Whenever a project looks lighter and airy, it will looks ELEGANT.
