I visited the treez bukit jalil, is "wow" feel, worth the launched price and final product, the developer really putting in great efforts and can feel their passion, hope Zalam can do the same, giv some confidence to me, chulk gor, can boh?
*
Yeah, the Treez is very impressive indeed, from the drop off point to the lift lobby and to the facilities floor. They even have a spa lounge! CT's drop off spot is just too plain looking and i'm still waiting on the AI of the lift lobby. Better be good!

Got B1 South or not?
*
there you go, pic of south view..
they have started tearing down the abandoned link house
and the land in front of B2 & A2 has been cleared for future developments...doesn't look too promising, fingers crossed it's not high rise..

nice stuff, thanks for sharing. any view for A2 btw?
*
A2 view should be about the same as B2, except that the elevation is higher

anyway, attached is the southwest view from B2 that shows the site for A2 & A1

the camera height is approx 80m off the ground, so my guesstimate is it's about 22 storeys high

personally i think south view are better as the north views are partially blocked by the two hills, i can't even see the twin towers at 80m above the ground. a bit disappointing really.

Attached west view..

To my understanding, while the green line should marks the boundary of CT, i can't help but wonder who owns the land marked by the red lines and what sort of developments planned..if it's high rise, then the view at A might be affected.

My other concern is the quarry is too close for comfort to B1

Landed okay, not high rise please.....

Doubt that commercial shops will thrive in this area. Even the shoplots at Jln Juara junction are half dead.

ooo..wat i mean is they shud refund 3000 instead of 2500 since dibs already prohibited...
*
also the offer to purchase is only valid for 6 months

if you have signed the booking form more than 6 months ago and decided to cancel now, i believe they are obliged to refund the full amount to you

Yea saw 2 excavators few days back. Not sure if it's belong to Zalam or other developers for the Link houses nearby.
Would be confusing in future too.. lol

Hmm on the Jalan Juara Jaya, I dont think it's done by Zalam. The land besides the road should be cleared by other developers, gonna build link houses.

Part of Jalan Juara towards CT has been boarded up
