windows on the park, silk residence, silk sky, almerin mall & clould tree going to boom for sure, location are very near to amenities and cities.. own stay will definitely feel it

Personally prefer Cloudtree, DreamCity, WOTP, YouCity for ownstay.

You can consider Skyz Residence by IOI. Very nice concept too. High ground living with good facilities. View is nice but pricey ofcuz.

Jusco cheras selatan, Jusco BMC, mines, southcity, the upcoming IOI mall, foods no need to say

just that the row of run down shops next to CT improved then good..

CT is pricey, but young ppl who wanted a high end can choose it, especially block E, 4xxk start some 510k can get you 10th floor above, investors, please go and sapu all ground units below 10 like you did in lakeville@ taman wahyu by Mahsing.

lake ville price are crazy, 750kpsq, but biggest forestry, 3.5 acre, so pricey.. too pricey

Good thing of zalam is, they r not those brand household name, so investor probably wil go for those branded like setia/YTL blabla. so its good for us to grab this gem since Zalam wont dare to price real high for this 4units/floor,. wont dare to price it like IOI pricings (Skyz residence etc). If this CT is from a welknown developer, definitely the price would be 600psf++ based on its features n facilities (provided the end product is Good).

Personally like Skyz residence.
DreamCity was my first choice and the concept would the best among all., but package aint attractive as U need to forkout 60-70K for DP and it's leasehold commercial surrounded by M/E students.

I got friend get Lakeville, another bought EkoSky in Taman Wahyu.,
Prefer Ecosky facade over lakeville but lakeville infront lake is nice too..

Not realy familiar with this location, and not recommended as Incinerator nearby and rubbish tip

Definitely future commitment would be higher, same goes to standard of living, all the prices would be increasing too.

For Block A, B, C, D & E , 2k diff per floor.
Block E level 10 to level 11 is about 10k diff this is bcoz of the car park units. Level 7- 10 if front n bck parking unit, only started fr level 11 is side by side parking. For more inquiries, kindly pm me. I'm the sale person for Cloud Tree.

Previously post show,there will be a tv room,so is it only tv room or is cinema room with theater ?

I think in sky lounge there having a sky cinema ,like having the simple mamak style projector the to play movie is a good idea.

And the sky lounge there can put a astronomy scope for view star,not bad right?
