Eg. 4units per floor and side by side carparks, more important for residents/owners. Common area/greenery stil depends on the end product and how the developer improve it.
There are much to consider instead of only look at developer brand n greenery. Final product still the most important.

True because we have more new developments surrounding the cloudtree.  It's a good sign too means this area not as dead as last time, getting "wong".
But the forest reserve next to block A & B still there, won't be botak unless it's not called "reserve" la.

We have an advantage here where everyone miss out, our blocks locates in higher ground, so view will be sky high and has the lesser chance to being blocked especially the Block A & B which are alots higher ground than other blocks.

Furthermore, we have Central park Accross all blocks, 3 swimming and wading pool for all blocks. That's not enough?  If our condo name change to Cloud on the Park, then everyone would know our concept is Green? 

Just that zalam never put much efforts on advertising doesn't mean our Green concept lose to them, as they only have one pool and a park. Our 3 parks combined would be bigger than that for sure. Take a look on our masterplan and study throughoutly too.

Block C of CT? Why so? They build on a lower ground and has the lowest psf of this project.

I've been to the Sales Office and Site sometime ago...but the site seems deep inside..how is the sales getting on..heard the sales was overwhelming...like 85% booked since the launching..
