From chulk kor previously:
1. Htc is about 1000 feets away
2. Our land higher or same level with the htc.
3. None of the units are facing the htc

The only way you can see the htc, is stand at the balcony, look to the left or right 90 degree,and look down at 1000 feets away.

If u mean Damai Hillpark, then it's further up 2-3 km from CT

If u mean infront CT, then it's Belimbing garden apartment infront Block D and Block E South.
Belimbing garden villa is infront block B south.

If you interested in Block E, perhaps Facing East and North would be better. There's 2 corner units facing East personally like it.

another daring question, how much those investors are thinking to sell after vp (if they are investing)? another 200k to whatever price they bought?

btw, buyers are buying at rebated price, but S&P price is before rebate, will this cause any hardship in future selling ?
