just booked one unit in block E astoria for own stay.
very nice condo to stay IF developer deliver as per paper and maintenance well kept.

but comes to the traffic really headache as me and my wife are working in KL town, I can still take train but wife got no choice, quite a distance from public transport.

how bad is driving from CT to KL?

ya, i think quite impossible for the jungle access since they will build the central park inside condo, chulk must be kidding that time.

without showroom, the end result can be a surprise leh... worry...

I am not worry about workmanship, heard of the reputation of this developer. That is one of the reason I dare to place my booking. The uncertainties are tiles colour, actual layout etc..
