I heard that having a really fluffy milkshake and chiffon cake is good enough to make u full. So I'd go with how the stomach is able to store the food, and air.

Your calories consumed should not exceed your calories burned. Weight gain = calories consumed > calories burned.

Guh, be like 300x more specific. Noone can tell you how many calories to consume daily if they don't know anything about what you're doing in your workouts and what you're eating now.
Post what you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, all the inbetweens and your workout routines.

Morning tuna + bread
lunch ""
dinner rice and veggies and meat.
You say that you have two types of plans and are thinking of which will be the best, so is the above what you're actually doing now or what you're planning to do(I honestly can't tell if what you posted is actual or planned for future, maybe my comprehension skills suck or you need to better phrase your sentences... lol)?

1, 2, 3, 4 slices of bread? 1 bowl of rice?
What about your workout routine?

ya..that is another thing that i know is vital..all i want to know now is the protein parts..what to get n which to get that works better??i will go through a 5/6 meal per day n try to consume better quality food such as salmon, tuna, fish, chicken breast n stuff..what i need u guys to help is about the protein..as kmaru said a few of his frieds tried up n resulted that way..its better for me to seek what is important first rather than i try it blindly..

What kmaru and I have said is that you don't actually need to take protein supplements or creatine to achieve your goal of fat loss.
Meaning we don't think you should take protein supplements at this point in time to achieve your goal of fat loss.

Workout routine? What exercises do you do?

What makes you think that your protein needs in the future are going to increase? If you're getting into bodybuilding and are looking to put on 5-20kg's of muscle, then yeah, your body's protein needs are going to go up. But you're not getting into bodybuilding are you?

Since you're not actually eating all that much, I'm going to guess your workout routine is lacking and that's why you're not getting rid of the fat.

... You say biceps, back, cardio, triceps, etc... What exactly are you doing? Let's say for your chest, bench presses? Incline? Decline? Pushups?
How many sets and how many reps? Or cardio, running, jogging, walking, stepper machine, cycling, distance, resistance, speed?

Be specific.

Rofl, specifics are everything. But, since you're being difficult and I'm just not bothered enough to go back and forth over the same question 3-5 times each time, I'll just back out.

Just fyi though, when one says he works his chest, that means absolutely nothing. One's definition of work varies from person to person, one could define 3x5 pushups as chest work. That'd be as good as 1% of my workout but that might be 50% of his.

But, w/e what do I know. Good luck with that.

@ryan,

(this is my opinion, i'm not a professional nor have i done this)

if you want to lose fat, it's all in your cardio and diet.

diet: calories in < calories out. Eat more protein, less fat and carbs. keep your carbs low, but don't eliminate them. have more carbs for bfast and lunch, less/none for dinner. no carbs in between meals (except maybe before/after your workout). eat plenty of vegetables! veggies have lots of fiber and fill you up without much calories. make smart meal choices: chicken salad, tuna sandwich, steamed pak cham kai rice, beef noodles, etc. tuna in water, not tuna in mayo. no low fat food nonsense, go for real food since low fat food is probably loaded with sugar. eat small meals, eat on time, dont starve. no carbs after 6pm.

cardio: up to you, but ideally start with brisk walking, jogging, cycling, any cardio equipment. Then progress to maybe HIIT or increase your cardio speed, do sprinting, sports... etc. keep yourself active. try to cardio all out (test your stamina) once in awhile. do cardio often. slow walk fast walk JUST DO IT. at least 3 times a week.

i'm getting fat. i should walk the talk. haha

btw i hope that helps biggrin.gif cheers
