pls give comment for my meals

B'fast (10am) - nasi lemak

Lunch (1.30pm) - rice with chicken@meat

tea time (4.30pm) - roti boom/ice cream

dinner(7.30 pm b4 going to gym) - rice with meat@chicken

after workout(11.pm) - nasi lemak ayam goreng or double burger

b4 bedtime - Dymatize Mega Gainer

this is daily diet routine pls do comment smile.gif

BREAKFAST 9 AM
4 slices bread
1 cup tea
2 half boiled egg

LUNCH 1.30 PM
rice with vege and meat@chicken

TEA 4.30
2 croissant tuna sandwich

DINNER 7.30 PM (PRE-WORKOUT)
rice with vege and meat@chicken

DURING WORKOUT
3 scoop Dymatize elite whey

POST WORKOUT
4 slices tuna@chicken sandwich

anything to add?coz i'm gaining weight rite now.tx biggrin.gif
