9am - makan
11am - makan
12pm - makan
3pm - makan
5pm - makan
8pm - makan
10pm - makan
my stomach never get hungry even a minute...

man.. u guys do eat a lot in single meal, really unbelievable.
my meal(high protein stuff): 9am - makan 11am - makan 12pm - makan 3pm - makan 5pm - makan 8pm - makan 10pm - makan my stomach never get hungry even a minute... |

dude, it's doesn't really matter wat food u take. as long as de food contain high protein, there u go. I briefly tell wat I've taken, chicken breast, tuna, bihun goreng, 4 half boil egg, beef steak, burger king, bread with peanut butter, biscuits, & etc. these r my main food.
