Which town you refer bro? Semenyih or Bangi?

SEH 2 located next to the new EcoMajestic toll Lekas, and connected via Ecohill link directly to SEH 1, pass through the EcoMajestic.

for me.. buy property not only consider price and location, but continuous development is most important.

fr kl city to puchong to d'mansara to semenyih never mistake.... next location back to KL city.

I think rental can easily get RM1500 for semi-furnish because its just besides Alam Sari.

If you go to Alam Sari, near the water tank they put divider. You can see Serene Heights road is ready and waiting for connection. The lamp and wiring already there.

If I'm not mistaken it's a studio unit near GMI. 290k also not very cheap for studio unit.

Now many landed property completed in 3 years due to water supply problems.
