Depends on your preference Bro, begonia 22x70 selling nett 610k+ for non bumi , for ecohill2 i thnk U can get a smaller 20x65 DSL only for similar price.  Serene heights has some of the cheapest DSL in this area I believe, some more it is fenced n guarded

Setia Ecohill 2 shall launch units with land sizes of 20’ x 65’, 20’ x 70’ and 22’ x 70’, starting price is RM 556k. Cluster Semid unit with land size measuring 32 x 60 is available as well, starting from RM 668k. Yes should be a good mix but maybe more Malays may be staying there I thnk. I'm staying in putra heights now so also a good mix of the race wrh more Malays n I don't have any problem with it as well. U got to c what are your priorities n expectations n decide which prop fulfill it
