any idea what the rental rate for begonia might be once it vp?

bro, do you think begonia is good for investment? im interested in buying but i may or may not move in there so would like to get a rough idea if it can be considered an investment.

Should be good as the selling price is low n it has good potential, but got to keep at least 3 years to get good capital appreciation

and to keep for 3 years, if im not staying there, i'll need to be able to rent out for at least rm1500 a month.. do you think its possible to get that kind of rental in begonia?
