Depends on your preference Bro, begonia 22x70 selling nett 610k+ for non bumi , for ecohill2 i thnk U can get a smaller 20x65 DSL only for similar price. Serene heights has some of the cheapest DSL in this area I believe, some more it is fenced n guarded

There are actually alot of choices you could have in this area, all depend on your preference and consideration.

Setia Ecohill 2 shall launch units with land sizes of 20’ x 65’, 20’ x 70’ and 22’ x 70’, starting price is RM 556k. Cluster Semid unit with land size measuring 32 x 60 is available as well, starting from RM 668k. I am not sure if there will be additional discount, but generally in the sale package will cover all the necessary legal, stamp duty charges, including the MOT.

Tailou Sam any idea how much will the 22x70 DSL in seh2 be launched? Nt less than 650k i thnk?

BRE gor, 22x70 DSL sell at 668K but under 10/90 scheme. Meaning pay 10% downpayment and 90% payment after vpe only. Enjoy free interest during construction period. 2% additional rebate for early bird but not sure whether still provided to buyer now. Serene Height is good project but hope UEM can improve the jalan bangi lama road condition soonest possible lor...If gt chance, you must visit 22x70 show house at ecohill as their masteroom is super spacious and high ceiling...very nice.

Thanks for the info Vincent gor, uem said they will improve the trunk road from sh to lekas but didn't say when. Anyway phase 1 occupiers can use the link road to Alan sari to access NSE. 668k dsl must be nice lor as compared to begonia, 50k difference leh! Anyway got chance sure i will visit the show unit.

No really gt 50K different as u need to know the construction interest may up to 22K. It is consider as DBIS project since no interest pay during construction period. In addition to the above, there is 2% rebate for early bird too as per what I understand earlier. After consider 22K free interest plus 2% rebate (RM13660), the different btw begonia & SEH2 22x70 is only RM15K but material wise SEH2 give better material than SEH1. I not sure about the material given by UEM for begonia.

Hope they wont give empty promised. Mah Sing also promised to built new NSE exchange at southville city but till today I do not see any construction start although their apartment construction is up to 70% stage now.

That interchange work will start probably towards end of this year only...can see they are clearing the land closer to where the interchange is supposed to be. Apparently, they already obtained the approval from the Highway Authority (LLM) early this year if i'm not mistaken. Just a matter of when they want to commence work only.
