No really gt 50K different as u need to know the construction interest may up to 22K. It is consider as DBIS project since no interest pay during construction period. In addition to the above, there is 2% rebate for early bird too as per what I understand earlier. After consider 22K free interest plus 2% rebate (RM13660), the different btw begonia & SEH2 22x70 is only RM15K but material wise SEH2 give better material than SEH1. I not sure about the material given by UEM for begonia. |
