about 800k. built up is 2,221 if not mistaken & land area is 1,1xx .... yeah acacia is good buy... but i want to convert the single phase to 3 phase electricity.

Corner unit cannot be 1,1xxsft only Bro as inter unit already 1540sft. Anyway 800k is really dirt cheap for a corner unit!

Actually Begonia and Acacia build at the same time. If the road is open, you can see the progress so fast...huhu
