True but they must also ensure good quality props if quality like water leakage problem in seh then it will also affect their reputation n make ppl lose confidence in them

Noted it's a long term project but it can always get the infra ready before handover the 1st batch of houses like some other developers do.

Why would building/upgrade infra early affect the house quality? rclxub.gif Believe they are not inter related.

If the developer can get the infra ready by the time 1st batch house VP, that would be prefect. If not at least it is on WIP stage to show developer's commitment. Action talks louder than words lah......

Bro I'm talking about building the developer's reputation in the market. Bulding infra at early stage n building good quality prop will enhance their reputation. No doubt building the infra early will show their commitment but sh is a long term project therefore i was told the upgrading work will Nt be done at such early stage - I guess they really think differently on this aspect from us ? I agree tht uem should build the infra early to attract more sales.They are taking their time to launch the props here due to slow market

I also get the same price. Due to bumi and my wife work with one of UEM subs. And now I already received 2 cc letter of claims from developer to the bank. The contractor already built the wall of my house. I guess it can finish faster that 3 years as they promised in S&P.

Construction should complete within 2 years it's the water supply part that may take 1 year thts y need 3 years for vp
