Right, perhaps should wait till they announce the official price. Anyhow, i did noticed that current rebate for Begonia is higher than during launch time. Seems more n more developers are forced to reduced price due to poor sales.

the PIC in sunrise called and ask whether i'm interested in begonia instead of camelia with that price. yes maybe because of the poor sales and economy now.

The nett price (nb) that i got during visit 3 weeks ago is 600k for begonia 22x70.

They said they will upgrade it but didn't say when. The link road to alam sari will be ready once acacia n begpnia are handed over

UEM is not a small time developer and the road upgrading work is definitely within their capacity. Get it done fast to benefit the public and its own project lah...
