I also get the same price. Due to bumi and my wife work with one of UEM subs. And now I already received 2 cc letter of claims from developer to the bank. The contractor already built the wall of my house. I guess it can finish faster that 3 years as they promised in S&P.

I already serving my second progress payment. From RM700++ for the first month, to RM1000++ for the second month. They claimed really fast, almost RM260k.
