SEH is 2 years. Their 1st precinct is going to be handed over very soon - in a month or two.

If the water issue is the only reason the developer asks for consent (which already gotten?) for 3-yr completion and handover of vp, I think it's more for contingency plan. If water issue resolve or turns out not as bad as it expects, probably it will try to expedite the completion within the normal 2 yrs period so collection of billing will also be faster.

UEM is not a small time developer and the road upgrading work is definitely within their capacity. Get it done fast to benefit the public and its own project lah...

Noted it's a long term project but it can always get the infra ready before handover the 1st batch of houses like some other developers do.

Personally have a major concern on investing in SH due to its proximity to Bangi, which is a bumi majority area. Feel that non-bumi investors shall be at disadvantage to bumi investors during selling time.

That's great! Nowadays good internet access is like a necessity and it helps to boost occupancy. Btw, now UNIFI minimum is 30Mbps isn't it?

UNIFI 30Mbps is RM199 per month, 12 months will cost RM2388 and 24 months will be RM4776. Although compare to renovation this is a relatively small sum but still good to have.
