Price 1st, low mid income cannot afford 600k above. nowadays everything is money, all is expensive, ringgit no value anymore drop to the weakest level since a dollar peg was scrapped in 2005 during the Asian financial crisis 1998.

Security is no 2, hand over to police, rela, rukun tetangga etc etc

This Acacia is considered reasonably cheap at 550K considering its neighbour Alam Sari oredi selling above 700K although the latter's b/up and land area is bigger. So AS's sales also affected by SH! biggrin.gif

As per ad..price from RM717K. But as per launch that day if I'm not mistake only around RM650K...I m considering The Terresse 2 at Bandar Puteri Bangi now..pending loan approval. Location wise more near highway and more commercial activities and plus design and spec wise more better..fully extended house.

With begonia price point you have more option, eco hill/majestic ,bandar puteri eg. most new launch are starting with this price.

There will be many choices with this price tag around the area...

700k + already can have a superlink unit in Setia Ecohill, fully GnG with Agil PIDS fencing, direct link to Lekas, with quite a number of commercial activity (Tesco, KFC, Pizza Hut, McD, Secret Recipe, Seng Heng etc) in the vicinity..

That's why I said with such price tag have more choices available...

In terms of distance, Serene Height is closer to Setia Ecohill compare to BP Bangi...

Looks like uem sunrise need to relook its package and strategy to compete with its peers.
I would say first round sales is not so good.
Heard many have given up their unit after balloting due to connectivity and amenities.

Bro, I tot UEM said Acacia all sold out? Maybe those who gave up their units were immediately taken up by other buyers?

There is a reason why it's cheap la bro - non G&G, non F&G, no interchage to LEKAS, new township etc. Developers must always start low prices for new townships to attract buyers & attention brows.gif
