someone offer me to pay 20k for his unit which he got it during staff balloting. Is it worth? How could UEM sunrise offer to staff the good units and sthey can sell like that? upset..

The true value of something is how much a buyer willing to pay. Best if you decide yourself if it is worth it because other ppl have different expectations. All developers do it, not just UEM. The perks of working with house builders.

I think the developer did not purposely offer the good units to the staff, they just give the staff the priority to choose the units before they let the public buy.Wow 20K? |

2015 Jul 15 UEM SUNRISE Bhd has unveiled 274 double storey terrace homes for the Serene Heights Bangi development. This marks the developer’s second venture in Selangor in addition to its joint venture project in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. The double-storey terraced houses worth Rm180.7mil in gross development value received an encouraging response during the sales launch last month at the Serene Heights Bangi Sales Gallery. The double-storey terrace houses will be located in two individual precincts, with a total of 121 units in Acacia and the remaining 153 units in Begonia. The 121 units of Acacia homes were all snapped up during the two-day launch. hi, i also got unit acasia...between A-011 and A-019 unit...not yet submit loan bank...change my mind to buy due to my workplace location is too far {jalan semarak, kl}...the price is 521k after discaount..non bumi/bumi are welcome...the cheapest landed property at bangi area..can wassap/msg or call me at 0193850527..man

Hahaha...why many people surrender their booked units arr? Already booked than remember workplace far away....hahaha. Many people can't commit, only want to make quick buck. Some know they can't qualify for a loan. Well, the easy money making days are over.

To be fair, the project is going to be completed 3 years down the road. By that time, I'm sure any decent developer will make sure all the basic facilities and amenities are in place. They are too stupid if they are not doing anything about the infrastructures.
They will build a bypass going through Alam Sari. That is something. And also bypass to LEKAS if I'm not mistaken. Given the price and the reputation of the developer, I think at 500+K for a double-storey terrace house, is a bargain. But yes I agree, the location is a turn-off to me.
