stand on scale without bar
stand on scale with bar

difference = weight of bar

do u even lift bro? jogging is cardio, that is leg day warm up, which is today. lifting warm up is push-up, then start with empty bars 1 set, and then let them roll, 5kg then 10kg plates per side. max i go is 20kg per side.

You curl 30kg but never lifted the empty barbell before to know how heavy it was??? Sounds suspicious..Must be biceps day evryday for you...
