Where can I lodge complain about Apple Service? Q&A

Hi, Currently i experience some really bad service from an Apple Service Provider here in Sabah Kota Kinabalu.. They have delayed my repair and there is no update at all about my repair status i called them and walk in few times.. they say they will call me but i never receive any call at all. then i was questioning that i was waiting the call they promised but no one calling at all?
The person in charge showed me his real bad attitude by yelling at me because Im asking the reason they promised me 10 days but now already 14 days and he telling me that my parts still in KL.. then i try to seek for a better answer why is this happen he start lost his patient and yell to me that.. "so what? u love calls? like this i ask my ppl call u everyday from now on to update u ur unit ok? or now if u not happy u can take it back.. i refund u ur deposit.. how about i give u apple department number in KL u ask urself la! or u want me to call them in front of you right now!"
omg.. i cant believe this happened on Apple Service Provider.. and i believe he is the supervisor already.. he is so damn rude to me and keep threatening me that if i dont like to wait.. take it back.. wth? they are the one told me 10 days and now they say they cant promise anything.. then i ask him normally this kind of case you guys take how long to fix it? he say at least 14 days.... then i ask why u say 10 days earlier? he keep on twisting and say it was 10-14 days then he start blaming DHL la.. Apple KL. bla bla. .. wtf.. i tot normally those service centre will directly say the longest wait in case anything happens.. then the end he give me so call "apologize" by saying : "ok fine.. im sorry for saying it 10 days? so what else u want?" he know that in our area here they are the only service provider..
and i was pretty surprise on his behaviour so i questioned him that.. aren't you representing apple as their service provider? how come you can have such attitude to your customer? and he answered "no? i'm not representing apple? they are not the one paying me?" and i was really stunt by his attitude on that time also because of how irresponsible he was saying like he has nth to do with apple and they are 1 individual unit that not under apple but they claimed themselves big big as "APPLE SERVICE PROVIDER"
so can i know what can i do? is this mean they are the only service provider we must take all their bad attitudes?
BTW last night i already drop a case to apple regarding this issue.. and they gave me around 3 calls to keep on apologize regarding the experience i had from their service provider.. and they said that action will be taken agaisnt them as well.. and also they told me that they will continue to investigate what happened to the unit i put in for repair.
Update : this morning i received a call from Apple Singapore customer relationship officer, again they apologize first and they said that after the investigate on my unit, they found that the KK Service Provider just drop them the order on 22nd October 2013.. mean it was just 2 days ago and they already ship out the parts on 23rd October 2013.. i paid my deposit on 7th October 2013 mean that they have delayed about 15 days to order my parts in other way also meant they forgot to order my parts.
They are the one forgot order my parts i was so surprise how can they still sounds big and say that that's DHL problem and Apple KL problem custom clearance etc? they even dare me to call Apple KL and ask myself in fact, they just got their tracking number at the same day.. what an actor.. now the truth unveiled that they forgot to place order for my parts and apple promised me will still investigate my case and let me know what will they do.. i will try to keep update the case as i can..

Is it reseller or Apple centre? Call the HQ .. remember to quote the guy's name, shop address etc...!! It's very important that everytime you encounter situations like this, you MUST ALWAYS RECORD!! So that we all can have the drills, and the Apple can have the drills!! Then publish and share on Youtube, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, TheStar, NST etc etc!!!!!!  Now is the era of social media! You must exploit all these to your advantage! Bring him to SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure.. it was Digital Fortress Sdn Bhd..
Their apple retail shop here was Technocrats.. Suria Sabah & 1 Borneo
Their service centre located in Damai KK named Machanics..
and the rude person named Charles and i think he is already the supervisor.. because i was talking to the receptionist girl earlier.. and i start asking why is it delay and how come all these happens without any updates? then the lady go inside can ask Charles come out talk to me.. btw.. the lady at receptionist also kind of rude when talking..

Pity TS. I got much better service from Sony when my Xperia had a problem with the digitizer. Walked into the Sony service center in my town. They said they didn't handle phone repairs, but would take care of it for me. The phone was sent off to the repair center, and I got it back in the promised timeframe. 3 days after I picked up the phone (working perfectly again), that service center and the repair center both phoned me to follow up and asked if I was satisfied with the repair. I was impressed!
