Own house kah? Why not renting in TTS, Pelangi Semenyih or Semenyih sentral? Much nearer!!

own house in kajang, so dont wanna rent one in semenyih

nope , before the tol there is an exit , im using that one

3SL, 900K++ before discount

because dapat unit at Ecohill, and by the time it VP its around the time i graduate, so might stay ecohill and work in KL

then pay installment to parents instead of bank

What i meant was. all projects that have been launch with end financier agreeing to offer a DIBS package with developer will / should not be revoked thus SEH is entitled to DIBS scheme. However, any projects that are to be launched (yet to be launched before budget - i.e.: Country Gardens) will not be able to tie up with end financier to provide DIBS scheme as banks are not allowed to provide DIBS financing.

But, then again, this is Bolehland. So, best confirmation will be from SPS.

SPS sure wants to continue with dibs but I doubt bank will accommodate after budget announcement.

Tiara South is gng community with landscape, can't compare with SEH DSL.

I think most of the residents from Bandar Tasik Kesuma, Pelangi Semenyih 1 & 2, Rinching and Bandar perindustrian Beranang will be using the road...

Jam might be an issue later as well... But as you aware, Saujana Impian jam as well....

I tried once before but noticed the traffic is slow due to many heavy vehicles.

DSL of SEH most likely will have FnG as well mah, also have parc and community hall leh... I agree cannot fully compare, but a reference benchmarking should works fine...

This exit x boleh pakai lah, you will jam along to the Sunway semenyih traffic light, then jam again in the semenyih town, no wonder you reach Nottingham so late lah...

U should use the exit after toll. Then follow ecohill sign board. U should reach ur campus in 5-10 mins after paying toll

Wah, kawan.. 2 years later during VP you graduate, means you at least in nottingham for 1 year already. Still don't know where is the semenyih exit meh?

It is connected to the semenyih sentral, later can come out from the semenyih town near Maybank mah.. It could save you decent of time, worth for that RM 1.10 lah...
