Yeah, I have read it somewhere that MKH has bought the land where the existing Hospital Kajang is erected and therefore Hospital Kajang will be relocated to Bandar Rinching in due course.

but the whole DSL area is higher gorund and surrounding by the water retention, if no fence, outside ppl also hard to walk in and the cars definetely cannot drive in except thru the guard house there...if got fecne up, lagi best la...should be easy get approval from MPKJ as long as more than 50% residents sign for it...


ALL DSL OWNERS, PLEASE REMEMBER SIGN THE APPLICATION LETTER TO MPKJ TO GET APPRVOAL TO SET UP FENCE DURING SIGN SNP!

NOW THE DEVELOPER IS WILLING TO BEAR THE COST, SO WE DONT HAVE TO SPENT A SINGLE CENT ON IT, AS LONG AS WE SIGN THE LETTER!!

But, it would not be effective if it is not fenced. But due to the road being a main access road, not many cars can stop roadside to conduct any illegal activity, entry will require identification at Guard house. Still better than nothing. I am pretty sure those who are willing to fork out such amount of money will agree for their home vicinity to be secured.

MKH kungfu quite strong also, they infact built the MPKJ for free and makan the Metro Avenue land (now double storey shop lot) opposite the Chinese (Yu Hua) school.
Its possible that the Hospital can be moved elsewhere since the outpatient has been moved to the intersection near Villaraya.
They also makan the land behind the hospital already; now called Sentosa Avenue. Opposite Hospital, MKH Boulevard, behind Boulevard got MKH Avenue (Residential)

that day went to welcome center...already saw some nearby residents jogging along the main road..i am like pengsan.....

can SP setia built a huge guard house at the main entrance (like desa park city) and only allow Eco hill residents drive in, outsider must register 1st...or else i forsee in future, all the nearby residents will occupy the park and the jogging track during evening times...

yeah, just received a called from public bank! my loan approved! BLR -2.3 only o.. lock in 3 years.

I submitted yesterday to RHB, today dapat pre-approval. 

mind to share what offer did you get? which bank? Yours is DSL right?

is it? I thought everyone can get -blr 2.4 nowadays wo... even some other bankers who are still in progress submitting my case said can fight up to -2.4??  

I just got my loan approved by RHB at BLR-2.45. They said 2.5 only for SP Setia staff. This is not fair at all to us!!!
