quite ok for me... My currect G&G is taking RM100...
The extra 180 I will consider it for lanscaping and other maintenance.

Yeah, ~ RM 300 is for maintenance (guard, CCTV, etc), club house is different and optional...

Agreed. RM280 for semi dee quite reasonable. Even ambang botanic Klang by Gamuda is charging RM350

Based on ur statement, I m now quite confident ecohill is the best residential location in semenyih for those who want to travel out of semenyih ie Kajang, Cheras, nilai n etc
