not sure about future road access or new highway

but they widened the road from semenyih to nottingham

and the road use to be old wit some pothole but they fixed all that with new tar

alot alot of lorry is going in and out from a junction along the road i think it is that chinaman project

any idea on eco garden semenyih vs this country garden which 1 is more luxury lol?

depends, but usually if exit at lekas before the tol, all the way to the junction into Uni takes about 10-15 minutes

but when i finish my class at 6 to 7, the way going out from Uni is cleared, while the way going in semenyih is massively jammed up

if not for that location, i dont think they can promise the price

that is crazy

0.3psf doesnt seem much , at least for highrise cuz the small built up

but for semi-D and bungalow and superlink in CG thats

and those road in semenyih always got water leakage and they need to fix it and block 1 lane

i've been late to campus several time because of this, from semenyih to broga junction takes up to 1 hour

i stay around saujana impian and sungai jelok, every morning drive to and fro to nottingham

im afraid alot of people will be using the new link causing massive jam around ecohill

own house in kajang, so dont wanna rent one in semenyih

nope , before the tol there is an exit , im using that one

because dapat unit at Ecohill, and by the time it VP its around the time i graduate, so might stay ecohill and work in KL

then pay installment to parents instead of bank

here this exit E21
