I would choose to buy CG if my biz is at semenyih area who does not follow 9am to 6pm schedule. I would choose ecohill if my work is located at Kajang, Cheras, kl. My friend took 45 mins to reach his workplace in Kajang from semenyih every morning |

Btw, I don't see some regular forumners here anymore after budget announcement. Are they property flippers who decided to drop their units?

The budget announcement not much affect to the property flipper except for RPGT. It's affected to them if bank tighten their term and condition to give a property loan. If you check the location map properly, CG is quite a distant away from Nottingham University. Either the exit from CG is Jalan broga (near the Tiara East) or Jalan Sungai Lalang, both of them also will lead to the Semenyih town, which is jam, jam, jam....  |
