If before i sign the snp, i decide not to buy, can i get back the full booking fee?

No email, but sp stuff did mentione this during briefing, they are in progress to apply se tup fence for the DSL and guard house confirm will built,. just wonder should we together write email to sp setia to get confirmation on this?

because for sure if developer handover with fenced and guarded status, wil en hance again the value for this property and good for the security there..

semenyih name not sound nice la...just name this area as eco hill la...maybe eco hill south better

oic..okok...i hope all the DSL owners will sign the permission letter la..normally MPKJ will approve for this, many area like sungai long, also easilly get approval from MPKJ to set up fenced...

yes, only one entrance/exit for the DSL community..i like this design, more exclusive and security....whoever come to DSL area, must pass thru guard house 1st....

and pictures for the surrounding especially the park and the uphill jogging track, and also the grand entrance with the huge sign signature of "SETIA ECO HILL"...

but the whole DSL area is higher gorund and surrounding by the water retention, if no fence, outside ppl also hard to walk in and the cars definetely cannot drive in except thru the guard house there...if got fecne up, lagi best la...should be easy get approval from MPKJ as long as more than 50% residents sign for it...

ya, i think SP setia will use the same fence as what they used right now on the surrounding for the show houses, it's consider very good already..some mont kiara condos also use this type of fence...they call it galvanic type, anti climb somemore..

that day went to welcome center...already saw some nearby residents jogging along the main road..i am like pengsan.....

can SP setia built a huge guard house at the main entrance (like desa park city) and only allow Eco hill residents drive in, outsider must register 1st...or else i forsee in future, all the nearby residents will occupy the park and the jogging track during evening times...

even in desa park city, nowadays you can see lots of ah beng ah lian from kepong jinjang joggin at beside the lake there...
i am like what the hell...this should be restricted to the residents only...

dun knw sp setia should fence up the park or not, only allow eco hill resident use it...or else.......u knw la,,nearby no any nice garden and joggin track like this...sure outsiders will fully utilize this.........

macam desa park city..ah beng ah lian from jinjang kepong also go to jogging at desa park city lakeside...

let's propose to SP SETIA, for all residents who stay at Eco hill, will have an some sp setia eco hill badge or card to prove it, then only allow to use the park and the facilities...i know it's quite difficult la..but at least we try propose 1st...


or else in future you will see lots of outsiders occupy your nice park and the jogging hill...

MKH only will work their own development without improving the access roads or built nay new link..that's why even though they are pioneer in kajang, but ppl never put fav on them...now sp setia come in......immediately become the new hot spot in semenyih/kajang area...

semi D is gated gaurded...DSL is fenced and guarded...

heard sp setia will provide for us..let's drop an email to sp setia to ask for it..i just done sent..

desa park city also share the lake and the garden with outsiders la...so take it easy man...

for me..Gated guarded should use brick wall with CCTV

fenced just use the galvanic type is very good oledy
