i think should be the same type that you saw that fenced around the show rooms...

Ok bro. I am hoping is anti climb fence. Seriously, if extra money required, I will pay for those type (if possible anti-cut too) if SP setia only give us those fence type that build around the show houses. I like ecohill and love seekng those hills from far. I want to enjoy walking around pretinct 1 without any worries. I hope all everyone also think the same thing.

They still have the SEH 2 in progress, I presume they will try their best to ensure SEH 1 is great a success, serving as the role model thereafter!!

Went to Mapex just now n spoke to some SPS staff, they expect some flippers will drop their units. This is a good news for those under waiting list who want to buy for own stay.

I will proceed with my purchase even without dibs. How about the rest?

I do believe some staff will join but do they have so many vacancies? There r only 2 projects launched by Eco world so far. I foresee they may launch another 2-3 more next year if market sentiment remain robust. Otherwise no point importing so many staff.

SPS has some many projects on going n for sure they need staff to run. Sime Darby n Inp have done good job so far. To certain extent their product spec is better off than SPS. What SPS edged them is township planning n concept

the key important is not dibs. is the new requirement that developer had to list down all the fee sudsidy like mot, legal fee, stamp duties, rebate etc. in the new lauch.

my 1 sen, what will happen if bnm future said that all this sudsidy is not financeable and only loan to actual house value... to 90%

also, what will be the impact for phase. 1(all pau kaliao... all included) that seen price higher than the actual value of the new phase?

this would the extra risk to take... not only got big holding power and buta buta pay interest for few year when vacant..

seminyih is different with setia alam that setia alam near to klang, shah alam as well as rich people willing to travel to pj kl to works.

i remember sunway seminyih very good concept last time but not perform for very long period. my ex boss regrard that better buy putra height than already bought there.

in 3-5 years time, ecoworld will be bigger than sp setia, I&P and sime darby put together...PNB cheesed off the wrong guy thumbup.gif

To me the success of Setia alam is because of 1 simple factor, SPS built a Setia alam-NKVE link. I dare to bet Setia alam will be a dead township if without this link.

The different between SPS with other developers is they not only build houses but also think of giving good infra to residents. That's why I believe ecohill will be a success township in future.

If SUNWAY willing to spend money on infra by providing direct link to lekas, this township would have already boomed.

I m just a house buyer. Who is bigger than who is irrelevant to me. But it may be important to u as staff of SPS or soon to be Eco world.

i agreed connection to highway very important. but case to case.

NKVE, through from klang shah alam until jalan duta.

Lekas, i will start worry what the traffif flow now. seremban people still using nse but no lekas, why?

if you compare lekas and mex, nkve, guthrie, my 1 sen is i would prefer other except lekas that need to connect silk, grand saga, or besraya etc. to go to work.
