Not sure how they price it between Argentea and Aquatilis but size for both is jst 10sq. According to SP SA, it is becoz of facing river and better material used. Could it be more expensive due to this type and pistia supposed to launch in phase 2? Anyway, once SnP is ready will know what materials are used and maybe can compare with the other types .

Btw, anyone managed to get BLR -2.45 or -2.5 for DSL from any bank?

I not sure. I read the Seh's website it got mention each house will be fitted with an alarm system. But when i ask them when i was in the show unit, the SA said not provided. They only prepare the alarm point for you. This is terrace house. For semi D i not so sure.

I feel is brick wall since the other side is more higher class. If is true, u can imagine how much is being spend on it since the coverage area so huge! 😅

But i do agree that any fencing will do. At least it gives u a piece of mind

Been given different answer. Some SA said better materials used but some said bigger build up size. I dont believe is due to the price as argentea size is 1810 while aquatilis 1820. Maybe the price for phase 2? Coz they said this type was not supposed to launch in phase 1.

DSL fencing, shld the fence behind the waterways or in front of it? To me, it shl be outside becoz I feel DSL residences deserve a bigger size too. If they fence it in front of the waterway i feel is very waste. The waterway size shld be about 30-50 feet width. I hope SPS will take this into consideration.

Btw, since fencing is bear by SPS, i hope all buyers will sign to agree. This is to create a safer environment and gv the residence a peace of mind.

I hope is true but based on the latest feedback given, materials are the same.

1. If outside, i afraid ppl will throw things into the waterway. This could make things worse (but i dont deny they can still throw things in even with the fencing)
2. The main purpose for the waterway is keep the ppl from the other side to enter the DSL area.
3. Yes, if SPS make it nicer then of course it would be great.
4. I understand from SA there suppose to be a park near the corner end of the DSL area. I dunno how this going to affect the fencing.

I hope everyone can provide a comment during SnP signing so it will make a better place for all of the residence.

The price much depends on when they will launh it. If within Q1 of 2014, probably the price will increase couple of %. I think it is still possible that 1 type of the 20x70 will be priced below 500K. It would be similiar to Angusta I think. Hopefully it will be announce by Q1

I read the paper this morning and it didnt mention when is the effective date. Checked online too and nothing was found. Like you said, is budget 2014 so should be next year but still is best to wait for SP Setia to confirm this. Anyway, we should know by SnP signing time which in 2-4weeks time. As for the impact, i guess is is depending you are buying it to invest or u own stay. For own stay I guess the impact should be minimal as SP setia will sure compensate on this.

Ok bro. I am hoping is anti climb fence. Seriously, if extra money required, I will pay for those type (if possible anti-cut too) if SP setia only give us those fence type that build around the show houses. I like ecohill and love seekng those hills from far. I want to enjoy walking around pretinct 1 without any worries. I hope all everyone also think the same thing.
