The difference is 5k for Type A, not sure how much difference for Tyoe B and C but definitely higher, i booked for Type A at 16th floor nod.gif

The condo is really a good buy, well design and friendly price, better a lot than the mah sing southville which more like a high density apartment project...bangi area so so but this locatiom very near to highway so is ok....

if for rental play dont think would be that good..

I always think that counting maintenance fee by BU is not fair.
For e.g. Highrise 1000 sqft rm300, landed 2000 sqft rm600. But both have 4 people in a family.
Maybe landed should share same rate as the biggest condo unit, or count by land area.
Anyway is just my opinion. 😊
