I always think that counting maintenance fee by BU is not fair.
For e.g. Highrise 1000 sqft rm300, landed 2000 sqft rm600. But both have 4 people in a family. Maybe landed should share same rate as the biggest condo unit, or count by land area. Anyway is just my opinion. 😊 |

Anyone know the latest rebates for Teresse 2 or Almyra? Interested in Teresse or Almyra type C but why nowadays condo design no store room..  |
