Lat weekend went to visit Teresse 1..happy to see everything seems completed. Ask the sales agent now waiting for water n electricity and CCC and expected to get key before CNY 2017

Anyone receive demand letter from tnb asking for electricity deposit? I think i paid to ioi already before this.
