This Bandar Puteri development help increased the price of the adjacent freehold bungalow lots (last time sold by Lion Group). Price jumped RM8-RM10psf since 2 years ago after remaining flat since early 2000s.

Now asking price can be as high as RM55psf. Nearby bungalow lots at Bdr Seri Putra market price is nearing RM80psf.

Looking at the progress, we should be finished with the house construction by end of this year. After that, just wait for the infra to be finished then we can get the key.
