Visited their booth at STAR property fair at KLConvention Centre today.
They didn't have any single storey houses planned for Bandar Puteri, Bangi. |

i visited the show gallery today. i was told phase 2 would be launched by end of May. they allowed me to make a reservation with no fee, so i booked one corner unit. the rows facing the park would be the highest demand.

This Bandar Puteri development help increased the price of the adjacent freehold bungalow lots (last time sold by Lion Group). Price jumped RM8-RM10psf since 2 years ago after remaining flat since early 2000s.
Now asking price can be as high as RM55psf. Nearby bungalow lots at Bdr Seri Putra market price is nearing RM80psf. This post has been edited by Stamp: Aug 6 2015, 10:59 PM |
