You can pick one up at Machines or Switch. They accept AMEX.

I called CS to activate my safekey but did not receive any confirmation SMS after 5 hours. What about you guys?

i heard confirmation sms should be received almost immediately within few minutes. for me, the cs said mine already activated so there is no confirmation sms.

Not sure about Switch, but I thought Machines do not accept AMEX (according to this post).

When I called, CS said mine already activated. Hence, no sms for me either.

Well thanks. i called again to check and CS said the delay could be from the telco side.

I called to activate today and sms sent to me few minutes later. If in doubt, call CS to confirm on the registration

Machines used to accept when I bought iPad but that was last year.
Now not too sure.

Switch do accept AMEX when i purchased items early this year!

Just wondering, I heard some people saying that the Maybank AMEX card is a charge card(Have to fully pay the amount before the due date). Is this true?

no, maybank 2 cards amex is a credit card not a charge card.
