Yes, I experienced that in Sep too.
EPP on 28 Sep (Saturday), first instalment on 12 Oct (my statement date). But I have already received the FULL CB posted on 1 Oct, (12 days) before the first instalment appear in m2u.

There will be no more TP nor CB for this EPP throughout the subsequent repayment months.
Hence, there is no worry if the instalment dates fall on weekend or not. FULL CB based on EPP date only.

On the other hand, if you do a big sum EPP says RM10k, you will only get CB RM50 once (and full 5x TP) on the first month, no more CB from this EPP in the subsequent months. The best is max RM1k EPP.

i have tried around 1 week at different hour also cannot get in. anyway, tp can be seen at the credit card details there. need to manually add them up

Does anyone uses amex cards to pay AIA? Do enjoy 5% rebate too?

AIA cannot be paid using AmEx. Even if it does, only if it transacts during weekends. Else, no 5% rebate as well.

My fraud case was reversed >1 week ago, about 3 weeks after I submit dispute form.
Maybank sent another snail-mail love letter, to inform they may add it back, if they ever found out it is fraud.

Good share, just called up CS to activate the safekey feature. Quite surprise why Amex dont automatically activate this feature to mitigate online fraud case.

I was shocked when CS told me my card id without the feature.

Now activated, peace of mind.

You all should call up cs to check and activate to avoid unnecessary online fraud case

i just called and the cs checked that my card already has this safekey feature activated.
now think about it... of course it already because i done several online purchase before... LOL!
anyway, no harm for me to double confirm that this feature is already activated.

I've also called to activate SafeKey just in case

I have just called in. CS told mine has already been activated. But, not all merchant will use the safekey.

Only 3 merchants enabled SafeKey.
