not. My statement balance 400. i pay 200. minimum pay amount RM20
*
The minimum-amount and statement-balance will be there, until the next billing date.

So, if you pay 200 out of 400, it is fine. i.e. already comply with the minimum 20.

However, most of us here advise everyone to pay full 400 and do not let the bank earn interest from you.

How does the dispute part works? (else can someone just point in out where I can refer to? :s kanchiong)
I just received SMSes saying that I made certain purchases with my AMEX which I didn't. Called CS to cancel card.

After raising dispute do I still need to pay for the outstanding+interest rate? Cause CS said will take up to a month to clear.

Is this common? :S

Ask for dispute form. Fill up and submit at counter or fax or scan/email over.
Wait up to 45 days, normally refund you back.
In the meantime, MBB will tell you no need pay the dispute amount and the interest will be taken out if it ever gets charged (if dispute reversal)

My fraud case was reversed >1 week ago, about 3 weeks after I submit dispute form.
Maybank sent another snail-mail love letter, to inform they may add it back, if they ever found out it is fraud.

Anyone know how does this work?

http://www.maybank2u.com.my/WebBank/Baskin041111b.pdf

RM1 = 200 points

Does it mean they deduct my available treat points & I do not need to pay a single cents? (except pay for the 6% GST?)
*
Just order whatever you want, when goto counter to pay, sometimes they will ask you, or you tell cashier, "Please deduct from treatpoints"

As per the pdf, need to be full amount (including the GST).

So, if it is RM17.50 (including GST) , then it 3500 TP

I did that several months ago, when maybankard has 10% discount, then pay the full nett balance using TP.

Mean buy ice cream with Treatpoints!

Too bad the staff claimed herself to be new and doesn't know how it works, manyzer not in outlet so can't help, end up I paid with Amex + 10% discount.
*
Considering current TP rate is RM1 = 250 TP for CC GST redemption, BR RM1 = 200 TP is a steal.
But how much ice-cream you can wallop?
I upgrade myself from pint to half-gallon every 2 months now, but wait for 31st 31%

Anyway, the TP amount will not be a round amount, as it is based until cents x 200 TP.

Amex is not accepted by both GE & AXA JB branch.
GE JB is not following rest days of state government.

All insurance (life & general) does not accept Amex, whether at counter/branch or online. Except maybe Etiqa online that I read in this thread.

Private companies in Johor are allowed not to follow state government rest day.
