Ya Chris, last 2 months was seek for refinance advise and it can borrow up to 950k from CIMB. I am sure the value from bank is much higher than market value.

Fish and goat can be one main factor. But Pentas 4b location really much better. That's also a factor people are buying.

How about Pentas neighbour - TTDI AI? Can get value 1mil?

Pentas 1-4, any intermediate unit.

TTDI AI, not sure bcz different sizes leh.

Study on the map in detail, you should be able to appreciate what I meant. blush.gif

I am comparing with my Pentas 3 and general other Pentas 4a for this.

What a breaking news. I found out this very sibeh good facing field unit sold at RM 845k early of the month. Initial asking RM 850k but the bumi seller willing to lower down to RM 845k when the lucky Chinese couple asked for RM 840k.
