Sycluap, I went to the sales gallery today and got news that the super duper 3 storey link opposite Pentas 4, will be converted into 2 storey link. I&P are still waiting approval. You can get one Pentas once it is approved and open for sale.

I spoke to the SA last weekend. He said that I&P are still undecided to sell the unreleased Pentas 4s at initial price (855888MYR) or increase it.

If the price remains the same, IMHO it is a good buy.

I was told the 22x75 will be launched in 2015. The next Tari series will be launched this year.

Fully sold is one thing, most important is not sold to speculators who hold for a very long time, leaving many houses unoccupied.
