I currently own Pentas 2 but not yet move in. Accordingly to the group:-

Nice and cosy environment and due to still new, occupied rate still 30-40%, crime not very sure?

2. Is there Internet services? Fibre Optics? Wifi?
Need more request to TM so they will install unifi there. (accordingly to insider news, around Dec 2014)

3. Clinic/7-11/ Pharmacy facilities? Market?
There is Speed 99, hardware shop, police station, restaurant (mamak stall), dobi and Shell station nearby (between 1km).

Pentas 5 is still 25x85. Indicative starting price will be RM900k++. Launch date either end of this year or early next year.

Pentas 1 still no streamyx/unifi yet? How do you guys survive without fixed line internet? Broadband is so expensive

I remember my younger days were without Internet too. And I survived.

haha last time no need to depend so much on internet. Now I am working full time on internet, thats why the internet connection is killing me
