I think there will be more to come. Nowadays, it is difficult for these people to rent condo or apartment as JMC in that respective do not allow that. So, they start to look for landed property. |

Dear all Sifu, newbie here, planning to buy PENTAS 1 or 2 for own stay. Agent recommended a bumi lot and said there will be no problem transferring to non-bumi since property is freehold and individual title.
Anyone can verify if this is true?? Many thanks. |
