my visit to pentas 3 last weekend. one of the house door was open & there were workers doing some cleaning work i believe for the VP. managed to get into one of the houses.    i took some photos. apparently syabas/tnb havent been installed yet.

Anyone notice that the pentas 1 price advertised in iproperty is only 850k, who is selling? The psf is much cheaper compare to tari 2.

Iproperty pricing normally lower because they want to attract potential buyer to contact them. This is what the agents mentioned to me.

Pentas 1 cheapest can get now I believe is 870k. I once found a unit at 850k, almost putting on the cheque but lastly draw back due to mum doesn't like the 2nd floor design.

Anything wrong with second floor design? Quite standard design for all double storey house, 3 rooms 3 toilets and 1 living hall. Maybe just different in term of size, and ceiling height.

To all Pentas sifus, would like to ask an opinion. Is Pentas 3 type A1a with advertised 3499sqft at 880k subsale a good buy? Or wait for Pentas 4 with estimated similar pricing a better bargain?

Endlot below rm1mil? Tough. Unless if got the small endlot with 3ft ones. Then maybe slightly above rm950k
