Ok, if such a case think mayb will make a visit to SA to check with them. Cause some said beginning of march but some said april . Really confuse. Can't wait to get key for reno, cause current house have sold & now re-rented from the new owner till Jun'14. If keep delay will have to move to bawah jambatan loh.

my visit to pentas 3 last weekend. one of the house door was open & there were workers doing some cleaning work i believe for the VP. managed to get into one of the houses. i took some photos. apparently syabas/tnb havent been installed yet.
