Nope. The park will always be the park, but SP ditch the boring design and went for the so called modern landscaping concept. The club house is being built on top of the sales office. The shop lot along the road is only realizing original plan.

Kinrara Residence Phase 1, 2, 3, 4 residents were being duped by developer (Mah Sing a.k.a. Nia Seng), now they closed down the clubhouse (coz owned by them) citing low subscription payments by residents.

No commercial. Means it’s not convenient. Of course there’s one Shell station, one 99speedmart, one mamak, one cafe, one clinic. That’s is. So why people choose this neighborhood is my question.

You don’t eat out everyday, but it’s convenient to have options at your doorstep, no?

Anyway Kota Kemuning is just a stone's throw away. During peak hour after work, going back to KK is more jam than going back to Alam Impian.

Actually we can still get groceries from the hypermarket nearby like econsave and giant (with McDonald) which located at kg Jawa and no need to pay toll every time going out. The township development is slow but there are construction activities since spsetia took over inp.

You drive around Kota Kemuning and rimbayu during 1) morning rush hours, and 2) evening off office hours, then you know why Alam Impian residents are happy with the township
